Tips On Exercises To Remove Wrinkles
With ageing, our skin becomes loose and wrinkles begin to appear on it. Unfortunately, these lines are a constant reminder for us that we are becoming old. Stressful conditions are one of the reasons for untimely wrinkles. However, there are various ways to deal with it like anti-wrinkle products and make up products. Still, the cheapest way to remove wrinkles is to do facial exercises- it is cost free and very effective.



Here are some exercises mentioned below:

1. Forehead – place index finger above eyes and pull it down while raising eyebrows.

2. Eyes – raise lower eyelid without raising upper eyelid. We may not get it right at first time, as it would take practice.

3. Cheeks - fix cheeks by pushing lips out then make a round shape and stretch it forward. Then give a big smile for a second and then again come back to round shape.

4. Lips – suck your finger hardly and then remove it slowly. For smokers, hide teeth with lips then make a small “o” shape while keeping the lips tense and wide.

Note: These above mentioned exercises should be repeated 10 times for better and quick results.

5. Neck – look straight ahead and place index finger and thumb on neck then gently pull the skin down as we lift the head. At the same time, keep the mouth closed and teeth together to press the tip of the tongue against bottom of lower teeth which increases the pressure, hold it till 6 seconds and then slowly release it.

6.Cheek- lower the lip as far as possible, placing fingers on collarbone and point the chin as high as possible then pull the corners of mouth down.
