We all have dreams to live big, huge houses with the garage full of exotic cars and what not. Well Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani is living his dream. He is building his billion dollar luxury home. According to the plan, the house will reach to a height of 173.12 meters, which is equal to a 60 storeyed residential building but the building will have only 27 storeys. The house is very impressive with all the latest technology and facilities. Here are some features of the house.



6 floors for parking

The first six floors are for parking only, and for cars belonging only to Ambani’s family. Total space for 168 ‘imported’ cars has been alloted.

A Floor for car maintenance

The Ambanis prefers to have all of their cars maintained at service center located inside the house. The service centre will be set up on the 7th floor.

Entertainment floor

The 8th floor will have an entertainment centre with a mini-theatre and seating capacity of 50.

Balconies with gardens

Rooftop of the mini-theatre will serve as a garden, and just above that, 3 more balconies with terrace gardens will be built.

Health floors

9th floor will a refuge floor,  to be used for rescue in emergency situations whereas two floors above that will be reserved for physical grooming and health. One of the floor will have athletics facilities and a swimming pool, while the other floor will have a health club complete with the latest gym equipment.

For guests

The guests will also live in style. Two storeyed glass fronted apartment are reserved for the Ambani family’s guests just above the health floors. A refuge floor and one floor for mechanical works will be built above these apartments.

Family

The top four floors providing a view of the Arabian Sea and a magnificant view of the city’s skyline, will be reserved for Mukesh, his wife, Mukesh’s mother and their three children.

Air space floor

Two floors above the family’s residence will be maintenance areas, and on top of that will be an air space floor, which will act as a control room for helicopters landing on the helipad above.

Helipad

According to the the plan three helipads are to be built on the terrace.
